You can track your order in two ways:
- Via the shipping email. When your parcel leaves the warehouse, we send a tracking number and link from the carrier. Click it for the latest status.
- Via your account. Sign in at My Account → Orders to see status, items, and tracking for every order on your record.
If you checked out as a guest, use the order confirmation email — it contains the tracking link as soon as the order ships.
Delivery taking too long?
Standard US delivery is 5–9 business days, international 9–18. If your order is past the upper end of that window, email hello@pureoutfits.com with your order number and we will investigate.
