Shipping

Standard delivery within the US is 5–9 business days; international orders typically arrive within 9–18 business days. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Tracking links are emailed when your order leaves the warehouse.

Costs

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free standard shipping on US orders over $150.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Player-name printed jerseys are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to start a return

Email returns@pureoutfits.com with your order number — we will send the return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the parcel.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo; we will replace or refund at no cost to you.
